Have a heart. Stick your neck out. Reach new heights.
As the Fargo-Moorhead community grows, so does the need for spaces designed to facilitate deep and meaningful conversations among individuals from a variety of backgrounds and identities. Such conversations are urgently needed because they can bring the various sub-cultures together and help enhance the resilience and well-being of the community.
Motivated by the desire to create spaces for such conversations, we are excited to announce the inaugural round of F-M Gatherings, involving three sessions of in-depth discussion among a small number (10–14) of participants.
Refreshments will be provided!
We’re looking for individuals from a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences who are committed to expressing themselves with honesty and are willing to listen to others with open hearts and minds.
Whether you are a long-time resident of the Fargo-Moorhead area or a recent arrival from another part of the country—or, indeed, from another continent—we encourage you to apply for the opportunity to participate in this vital conversation.

What am I applying for? You will join a small group of participants from the FM area, and engage in deep, meaningful conversation around diversity and racial experiences in the FM area, over a course of three sessions.
